Reptile Mart has a 7-day warranty for all online orders.
1. We guarantee our reptiles will be alive, healthy, and free of external parasites upon arrival. Dead on arrivals (DOA) must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Any other issues must be reported initially within 4 hours of delivery. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us first (we are open 6 days a week).
2. We guarantee the life and health of our Captive Bred (CB) animals for 7 days from time of delivery. *Special conditions apply – Refer to our Health Guarantee – Please be aware of what you are purchasing and do the proper research (and ask us, as we are very happy to help!). Our guarantee is void if you do not have the proper environment to house the animal(s). Reptile Mart has full discourse in determining whether an enclosure meets the proper husbandry standards.
3. Sexing – Reptile Mart does our best to sex your animal using proper techniques such as visual factors (sexually dimorphic species), popping, probing, or palpating (all depending on the species and size of the animal) but we cannot guarantee the sex on any animal.
4. All captive bred (CB) animals will be labeled, if not, animal is assumed to be a field collected import. Internal issues are not included under our guarantee; it is an outward health guarantee only on all animals. We are not responsible for ANY Veterinarian fees or costs. Field Collected aka Wild Caught animals may have slight cosmetic imperfections. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the health of the animal.
5. Shipping or Freight charges are never refundable, even in the case of a DOA. Reptile Mart is not responsible for freight/shipping charges on the replacement of animals, and there are no cash refunds of any kind, store credit only. *In some instances, if a refund is granted, shipping is nonrefundable.
6. FL Residents are subject to pay State and County Sales Tax.
7. Please note, photos of reptiles for sale in our shopping cart are visual representatives of the species and may not be the exact animal you receive unless noted.
Photo ID is required for purchases over $399, if there is a mismatched shipping and billing address, or if there are any payment issues during checkout to help protect our customers from any potential fraud.
Payments
Payments We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, or Google Pay and CashApp. We DO NOT accept personal checks. All shipments must be paid in advance.
Payment Plans Payment plans can be set up for animals $500 or above. Payment plan must be done through PayPal Invoice. 25% deposit is required with 30-day payment terms. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If payment is no made in full in 30 days, animals will be listed again for sale and your deposit forfeited.

Live Arrival Guarantee 100% Live Arrival Guaranteed. We guarantee that our reptiles and amphibians will be alive and healthy upon arrival. Issue with an order? Animals that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Any other issues must be reported within 4 hours of delivery. Health Guarantee
1. We guarantee the life of our captive bred (CB or CBB) animals for 3 days from time of delivery. *Conditions below apply – You will be asked to email clear photos of the set up including gauges displaying temperatures and humidity.
2. Please be aware of what you are purchasing and do the proper research (If unsure ask us, we are very happy to help!). Our guarantee is void if you do not have the proper environment to house the animal in. For example, putting a bearded dragon in a plastic kritter keeper is not appropriate set up. This includes temperature, bedding, and proper lighting. *We have full discourse in determining whether an enclosure meets the proper husbandry standards.

All reptiles have a live and healthy arrival guarantee. We cannot provide a guarantee after arrival. Field Collected animals may have slight cosmetic imperfections. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the health of the animal. If your shipment arrives deceased, is visibly unhealthy, is damaged in any way or if there is any other issue with the order upon arrival, you, the customer must notify Imperial Reptiles of the issue immediately upon receiving the shipment. The arrival time will be determined by the tracking information FedEx provides online of the delivery. Please notify us of your issue by calling us (239-233-7585) and to file a claim or all guarantees are null and void. Due to the sensitive nature of all Amphibians and some Reptiles, we must stress that there are ZERO guarantees on ALL Amphibians and Reptiles that are not captive bred.
Having an issue with a new pet you just received?
Please call (239-233-7585) to begin to file a claim. A photo of the contents of the shipment must be sent to the email or attached to the claim form above within the given amount of time after arrival or all guarantees are null and void.

Reptile Mart has a 7-day return policy for all online orders. Orders will arrive via UPS. Shipping on oversized items specifically marked as such on our website may require additional shipping fees. You will be notified of shipping charges by email for approval before your order is processed. There may be additional shipping charges to Alaska or Hawaii. We will notify you after your order is placed with a correct shipping quote to these areas. Something not working properly? If something is not functioning properly, call us, we have all our manufacturer’s phone numbers for you. Most electronic products will have a manufacturer warranty.
Disclosure
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order. We will not knowingly ship any animal or product where it is illegal. By ordering you acknowledge you know your local laws regarding animals and products. Most photos are copyrighted by us, and they are our intellectual property. Others are the best representatives we found of the animal from free stock images on google and other websites that offer free non-copyrighted, commercial use, pictures. If by chance your photo is shown on our site, and it is not for commercial use, please advise us so we can remove it.
